The Future of My Agency: Scaling Internationally and Building Generational Wealth

In my first blog, I shared my journey from being a call center agent to transitioning into freelancing. In my second blog, I talked about how that freelancing journey grew into an agency of more than 50 virtual assistants, and how we built a culture of collaboration and a toxic-free environment.

Now, I want to share the next chapter. The future vision. Where we are heading, and why this mission is much bigger than myself.

Scaling Internationally

One of the most exciting parts of this journey is how our agency has started to scale internationally. I was able to partner with virtual assistant agencies in the United States, which opened up more opportunities, not just for me but for my team. These partnerships allow us to expand our services to a wider audience, while also learning best practices from agencies abroad.

We have also partnered with white labels of Go High Level CRM, which adds another dimension to our services. This has allowed us to integrate more advanced tools, streamline processes, and provide higher value to clients. For me, this is not just about growing in size, it is about growing in quality and creating long-term sustainability.

Empowering More Virtual Assistants

As the agency grows, one of my biggest priorities is empowering more virtual assistants. I started as a freelancer who dreamed of freedom, and now I see that same spark in many of the VAs I work with. I want to give them not only opportunities for work, but also mentorship and guidance.

I believe that a successful agency is built on the success of its people. When I see a VA grow from a beginner to someone who can lead a project or manage a client relationship with confidence, that is when I feel the true impact of what we are building.

My goal is to empower more VAs to eventually build their own teams, their own agencies, and their own streams of income. Because when one person succeeds, it creates a ripple effect that touches families, communities, and future generations.

Bigger Goals for the Agency

Looking ahead, I see bigger goals for this agency. Scaling internationally is just one piece of the vision. I also want to create programs that help VAs transition into agency owners. I want to share the systems, the strategies, and the mindset that helped me grow, so that others can also achieve financial freedom and time freedom.

This is not just about running an agency. This is about building generational wealth. A structure that lasts. A foundation that can be passed on to the next generation, so they too can enjoy the fruits of hard work, discipline, and resilience.

Encouraging Others to Follow the Path

If there is one thing I want to emphasize in this chapter of my journey, it is that I do not want to do this alone. I want to encourage more people to follow the same path. Becoming an agency owner is not easy, but it is possible.

With the right guidance, the right systems, and the right support, anyone who starts as a virtual assistant can eventually grow into something bigger. You can build your own team, create your own network, and design a life that gives you both financial and time freedom.

I want to help others discover that. I want to help them see that the skills they are learning today are the seeds for something greater tomorrow.

Still Thriving, Still Growing

Our agency is thriving, and I believe the best is yet to come. Every partnership, every new VA, every engagement activity we hold, and every client relationship we build is part of the bigger picture.

This is not just a business for me. This is a mission. A mission to empower, to inspire, and to show that with passion and perseverance, you can create something that changes not only your life, but the lives of many others.

The future is about more than growth. It is about legacy. It is about teaching others to build their own path, their own freedom, and their own generational wealth.

And as I continue this journey, my message is simple. If I can do it, so can you.
